System Admin - Reliability

I played a critical role in the Fosom global Web App project. I work closely with developers and vendors to ensure the stability, scalability, and overall performance of the platform. It's an exciting project, where I'm responsible for monitoring system health, identifying potential bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues that impacted user experience.

One of the major initiatives I led was the initial setting-up and continuous optimizing server infrastructure to support increased traffic, particularly during high-demand periods like promotional events. I also implemented automated monitoring tools to proactively address performance concerns and worked on scaling the platform to accommodate new features without sacrificing reliability.


Beyond system reliability, I actively supported the DevOps team in streamlining deployment processes, ensuring smooth updates, and maintaining uptime. This project required deep collaboration with both technical teams and vendors, and I’m proud to have contributed to its success.
